Corporate Secretary/Legal Officer
Mrs. Stone joined the JMB in November 2005 as the Corporate Secretary/Legal Officer. Her responsibilities include Corporate Governance, Conveyancing, Security Documentation, and General Legal services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons.) from the University of London. Mrs. Samuels Stone is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School and was called to the Bar in November 2000. Prior to joining the JMB, Mrs. Samuels Stone spent over five (5) years working as an Attorney-at-Law within the offices of DunnCox (Attorneys-at-Law and Notaries Public) and at the Urban Development Corporation.
