Mrs. Tiva Forbes possess a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Technology, Jamaica and is currently a Senior Director in the Public Enterprise Division at the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service. She was previously employed to the National Commercial Bank, Jamaica Limited and is integrally involved in church life.
