Mr. Palmer is a Human Resource professional with more than 20 years in both Public and Private Sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration & a Masters in Human Resource and Talent Management from the Universidad Internacional Isabel I De Castilla and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies with emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. Prior to joining Jamaica Mortgage Bank, Mr. Palmer held senior management and leadership roles in both private and public sector across industries to include Banking, Media, Technology, Agriculture and Quick Service Restaurants, specifically in the field of Human Resource Management. Mr. Palmer is an avid sports fan, who enjoys football, cricket and athletics.
