Ryan Parkes is the Acting Chairman of the Jamaica Mortgage Bank Board. Mr. Parkes is a career banker and has served in executive leadership as a Corporate Banker in several notable financial institutions in Jamaica for over 15 years. These include the Jamaica National Group, First Global Bank and Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Limited. He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of ICR Holdings and serves the Government of Jamaica by serving on several State Agency Boards. He currently chairs the Board of Trustees of the Tourism Workers Pension Scheme. Mr. Parkes also serves on the Boards of the Tourism Enhancement Fund and United Way of Jamaica. He is a former Chairman of the National Housing Trust Board and the Jamaica Railway Corporation Board.
