Patricia Henry is a Justice of the Peace, holds an MBA and ACCA, and is the CEO of the Data Protection consultancy company Data Sync Limited. She is currently a Director on the Boards of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) and Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF). She is the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committees.
